The shallow curved base of the spoon is crafted from spun iron, measures a generous 4 ⅜” wide and features ¼” perforations that allow hot liquid to strain away as you extract your food from broth, boiling water, oil, and more. The ⅛” thick handle is 10 19/32” long, giving you extra reach into deep pots.
